The Rialto Aglow Winter Lights Festival is a free event for the community to immerse themselves in a neon wonderland of light, music, sound and colour to spark curiosity and joy.

The Rialto Aglow project was supported through the Melbourne City Revitalisation Fund, an initiative to encourage people to go into the heart of Melbourne. Carla O’Brien was approached to help bring this vision to life by installing her collections throughout the city for the duration of the event.
