Held each November when the gardens are in full bloom, the International Rose Garden Festival is a celebration of colour, community and creativity. Set in the award-winning Morwell Rose Garden and honouring the incredible work of the Friends of the Rose Garden Volunteers, the 2025 Festival promises a dazzling mix of nature and light.

Alongside family-friendly activities, entertainment, market stalls and the beloved Devonshire Tea at the CWA marquee, this year Volter International will be lighting up the festival with our neon installations — including our iconic Angel Wings, glowing Archways and whimsical Neon Garden collection — creating unforgettable, photo-worthy moments for all ages.
