The Victorian Racing Club launched its first-ever New Year’s Eve Twilight Racing event at Flemington Racecourse, transforming the trackside into a vibrant, neon-lit destination designed to drive guest engagement and celebration.

Volter International was engaged to design and deliver a series of illuminated installations across key concourse areas, creating high-impact, photo-worthy moments for attendees throughout the event.

The activation combined both rental and custom neon pieces, including Neon Archways, Play the Music and the Neon Wall. Custom-designed hero elements included large-scale “NYE” letters, a programmable RGB colour-changing galloping horse, wearable Jockey Silks (including a bespoke set in VRC club colours), and a large Horseshoe also produced in club colours.

Custom branding was integrated throughout the experience, with VRC logos featured prominently across installations such as the Neon Wall and Drum Kit, ensuring strong brand visibility while maintaining a playful and immersive guest experience.
