Northcote Rise was a new name for the popular strip of shops between 176-409 High St. The Traders Assocation to market it enlisted Volter International to create an interactive activation at the Town Hall event space but to spread the love to the full area that is Northcote Rise, street neons up and down both sides of the streets created a walking trail for people to wander along and visit shops, bars and restaurants along the way.
