On June 6th, 2024, Mirvac partnered with Volter International to transform the local park at Smiths Lane into a glowing winter wonderland. This activation was designed to bring the community together during the darker months with a magical, illuminated experience.

Our Neon Winter rental collection lit up the evening with favourites like the Ice Skaters, Snowman, Mountain, Ice Skate, and Toboggan installations. Guests were welcomed through our 8 Arch Square Archway, glowing in cool tones of blue, purple, and white.

To add a personal touch and celebrate local pride, Mirvac included custom neon features such as the Smiths Lane postcode across the Walk-Thru Arch and a bold ‘Smiths Lane’ title atop the giant Snow Globe. These bespoke elements helped create memorable, photo-worthy moments tailored just for the Smiths Lane community.
