Since its inception nine years ago, the annual Glow Winter Arts Festival has brought loads of after-dark fun to Central Park, Malvern East in the City of Stonnington. From June 15 to 18, Central Park in Malvern East will be glowing up with a dazzling program of immersive light, colour and art.  Each year, the festival has a dazzling program of immersive light, colour and art and features a series of commissioned outdoor illuminations.

Volter International founder, Carla O’Brien was a feature artist in 2022 with the neon Hot Air Balloon and in 2023 Escape to the Alps and since 2017 has created the now iconic neon GLOW letters.
